Local Film Producers Release Halloween Party Across the Country In Rocky Horror Style – Next LBC Screening Slated for OLocal Film Producers Release Halloween Party Across the Country In Rocky Horror Style – Next LBC Screening Slated for Oct 30th

After becoming an Oscar contender this year for "Best Original Song" for their opening tune, “Voodoo,” and winning “Best Soundtrack” at the Laughlin International Film Festival, filmmakers Linda Palmer and Mark Cardone are releasing their picture across the country Halloween week via the online platform, Tugg.com.  (http://www.tugg.com/titles/halloween-party)Tugg.com gives movie goers a chance to bring films they want to see to their town through exhibitors including, AMC, Regal, Rave, Cinemark, Carmike, Alamo Draft House, Landmark and many others.  As of October 1, 2013, “Halloween Party” will be seen in New York NY, Long Beach CA, Pasadena  CA, Nashville TN, Raleigh NC, Pensacola FL, Tacoma WA,  Seattle WA,  and Portland.
The upcoming Long Beach event takes place Wednesday, October 30th, 7:30pm at AMC Marina Pacifica 12 [6346 E. Pacific Coast Hwy, Long Beach, CA 90803] and is being hosted by local residents, Christopher Clad and the films creator, Linda Palmer.  Clad, an accomplished photographer and ex-paramedic, chose to host the show because he’s become one of its biggest fans.  "This movie was created in Belmont Shore by wonderful people, who did an excellent job, and has been seen, (un-intentionally), in the strangest places under the weirdest circumstances and has consistently been a hit!  From a bus going over Monida Pass In Lima Montana, to a pub in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, people love it!”
The screenings are not necessarily a movie you see, but one you experience.    At venues allowing costumes,  prizes will be given out.  Many events will also have Q & A’s with either cast, creatives, or the musicians of the 28 original songs that fill the movie.  The Long Beach event will have a special Q & A with the films creators, Linda Palmer and Mark Cardone.   “Halloween fans will love this film with its voyeur point of view because they feel like they are at the party.  It has the unique ability to become the next Rocky Horror Picture Show event”, states writer/director, Linda Palmer.  “Although, we can’t encourage costumes at the Long Beach show due to the venues policies, we do encourage creative makeup and wild hair!”
Tickets to this event must be purchased on line before October 23rd at this link:    http://www.tugg.com/events/5368
