Updated Wednesday, 4:22 p.m.  Long Beach Police have located the missing Vietnamese-speaking man who walked away from the Long Beach Memorial Medical Center. --- Vinny Nguyen, who hair is shaved on a section of his scalp, was seen on a bus going south on Long Beach Boulevard toward Pacific Coast Highway after the leaving the hospital about 4 p.m. Tuesday, police spokeswoman Lisa Massacani said. Police said he was in need of medical attention but did not elaborate. Nguyen, who may have an unsteady gait or appear disoriented, was described as about 5 feet 5 inches and weighs about 135 pounds. He speaks mostly Vietnamese. He was wearing a striped long-sleeved shirt and dark sweatpants, with white stripes down the side. Police asked anyone who sees Nguyen to call 911.
