Listings experienced a summer slowdown in the Belmont Shore/Naples area this past week with just three new homes entering the market:

Currently, there are 97 single family homes on the market in the Belmont Shore/Naples Area with an average list price of $1,545,159. Since the beginning of the year, 58 homes have sold in the area, with an average sales price of $888,530 and average time on the market of 106 days.
There are also 34 condos on the market in the Belmont Shore/Naples area, with an average list price of $492, 541. Since the beginning of the year, 44 condos have sold in the area. The average sales price was $396,928 and average time on the market was 100 days.
