A girl in her mid-to-late teens was found shot to death today in an alley in Long Beach.A caller reported hearing gunshots in the alley in the 1100 block of East 21st Street, said Nancy Pratt of the Long Beach Police Department. Officers dispatched to the scene at 1:13 a.m. found the victim with a gunshot wound to the upper torso, she said.Paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene, she said.Long Beach homicide detectives asked anyone with any information regarding the shooting to call them at (562) 570-7244.City News Service
