Officers dispatched to the scene at 1:13 a.m. found the victim with a gunshot wound to the upper torso, she said.Paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene, she said.Long Beach homicide detectives asked anyone with any information regarding the shooting to call them at (562) 570-7244.City News Service
