Two Spanish Style Homes Enter Belmont Shore, Naples Housing Market

Just three new listings were placed on the market this past week in Belmont Shore/Naples, bringing the area total to 57 single family homes and 26 condominiums.

Here are the week’s new listings:

251 Glendora - $509,000 - This 1920s Spanish style home near The Toledo needs work but has a two bedrooms, a two car garage, hardwood floors, and a living room with a fireplace and tray ceiling.

52 Rivo Alto Canal - $1,300,000 -  Situated right on the canal, this Spanish style home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a large family room. It also offers a 30 foot boat dock and two car garage.

304 Smugglers cove - $1,475,000 - With more than 2500 sq. ft., this Spinnaker Bay home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and water views. The kitchen features granite counters, Viking appliances and a breakfast area.

As of April 12, 19 houses have sold in the Belmont Shore/Naples area with an average sales price of $923,631, according to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). During the same time period, 13 condos have closed escrow with an average price of $481,115.
