If you're a vampire looking for something to do on Friday, October 4th, 2013... Look no further than LEGOLAND, CA which is seeking to set a world record for the most vampires gathered for a Vampire Convention!
There are a few rules...

4:00 p.m. Free Entry into Park
4:15 p.m Registration begins at. by Ghost Cruise
6:30 p.m. World Record Attempt (In Miniland U.S.A. inside the Park)
WHERE: LEGOLAND California Resort
DETAILS: As part of LEGOLAND California’s Brick-or-Treat Halloween celebration, the family theme park is inviting children and parents to help break a world record for the most vampires in one location at one time. All kids dressed as vampires receive a complimentary ticket to return to the Park between Oct. 5 and Oct. 31, 2013. All participants, including adults, will be entered into a raffle to win a family four-pack of tickets and a $100 LEGOLAND gift card.
What defines being dressed as a Vampire? Men/ Boys:
Black cape
Black trousers
White shirt
Vest (black, gray, or red)
Neck frill or neck tie (black, gray, or red)
Black shoes
Vampire teeth
Women/Girls:
Black or red dress
Dark eye makeup
Red lips
Black shoes
Vampire teeth
- Hundreds of kids and parents dressed as vampires
- 10 foot Lord Vampyre LEGO model
- Live entertainment including “Mail Order Monsters”; members of the “Boo Crew” featuring stilt-walking vampires, tap dancing skeletons and a ball walking juggler; and LEGO walk-about character Lord Vampyre
- A giant LEGO jack-o-lantern made of more than 22,000 DUPLO® bricks and a 21-foot-tall ghost lantern
