As Spring Nears, Local Housing Market Blooms
This week saw several condos, houses and duplexes listed in the Belmont Shore/Naples area.
The spring real estate market appeared to be picking up this week with the Belmont Shore and Naples neighborhoods seeing three new condo listings, a couple of duplexes and several new single family home listings:
5225 N. Marina Pacifica Drive – $322,500 - This one bedroom condo has a 22-foot-long living room and a private waterfront balcony. It’s 874 sq. ft. with newer wood flooring, recessed lighting and two parking spaces.
5129 N. Marina Pacifica Drive - $449,000 – Overlooking the marina, this two bedroom, two bathroom unit is on the first floor and comes with two parking spaces. It has 1325 sq. ft., according to tax records.

5400 E. The Toledo #206 - $679,000 – Originally a two bedroom condo, this 1,118 sq. ft. unit in the Portofino building was converted into a one bedroom. It’s been remodeled with laminate floors, crown molding and a new kitchen. It offers bay views.
288 La Verne – $759,000 - Situated on an interior street in Belmont Park, this two bedroom Spanish style home has 856 sq. ft. on a 3,520 sq. ft. lot. There are hardwood floors, a newer kitchen, a remodeled bathroom and a two-car garage with alley access.

5524 Azure Way - $769,900 – This townhome style four bedroom, three-story home in Spinnaker Cove has 2,068 sq. ft. of living space and a boat slip. The patio has a water view and there’s a two car attached garage.
5377 E. Ocean Blvd. - $1,050,000 – Across the street from the beach, this two unit property was built in 1951 and has 2,718 sq. ft. of living space plus a two- car garage.
354 Parsons Landing - $,1399,900 – Just off the patio of this Spinnaker Bay home is a private 40 foot boat slip. The home has 2,637 sq. ft. of living space, dual-paned windows, and a kitchen with granite counters. The bathrooms have also been updated.
123 Rivo Alto Canal - $1,549,000 – Situated on a south-facing lot with a boat dock, this duplex has a front bedroom with two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a rear upper unit with two bedrooms and one bathroom.
190 Rivo Alto Canal - $1,625,000 – Situated on a Naples canal, this home has 2,329 sq. ft. with three bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a formal living room with a brick fireplace. There is an attached two car garage and a private boat dock.
Currently there are 59 houses listed in the Belmont Shore/Naples area. Last month, 12 houses closed escrow in the area with an average sales price of $925,333 and average days on market of 110 days.
