Adorable Baby Hawk: Benicia Photos Of The Week
Patch loves photos! Share your photos with your local Patch, and your work could be featured.
BENICIA, CA — Benicia resident Judy Arrants has had some entertainment this week watching a Hawk tend to its babies. The action is taking place in a nest in a tree across the street from her house, and she has seen at least two tiny fledglings, Judy said in an email to Patch.
The best view is from her second-story window, she said, and that is where she took these photos.
If you look closely, you can see a light-colored baby bird looking up at its parent, which has brown feathers and a yellow beak.
