Amber Alert Issued For Missing Bay Area Infant: CHP
Two-week-old Braxton Manning was last seen early Thursday morning in Vallejo. The suspect was identified as 28-year-old Valerie Manning.

VALLEJO, CA — Authorities on Saturday issued an Amber Alert for a missing 2-week-old infant last seen in Solano County.
According to the California Highway Patrol, Braxton Manning was last seen in Vallejo around 3 a.m. Thursday. Authorities believe he was abducted by 28-year-old Valerie Manning.
State police said Manning is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs about 175 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Authorities believe she is driving a black 1991 Isuzu Amigo with California license plate number 2ZRD090.
