Connie Watkins Martinez, 62, passed away Monday following a long illness. She was born in Oroville and has been a Benicia resident for more than 30 years.
She was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed music and her family.
Everyone loved her very much and she will be missed by all. There will be a potluck reception following the service.
