Arrested: 'Armed & Dangerous' Woman Caught In Vallejo, Cops Say
The fugitive was wanted by San Rafael police for burglary, grand theft, being a felon in possession of a firearm and conspiracy

VALLEJO, CA — A fugitive wanted in connection with an armed residential burglary in San Rafael in February was arrested Thursday in Vallejo. Morgan Baugh, 28, of San Rafael, was arrested on suspicion of burglary, grand theft, being a felon in possession of a firearm and conspiracy, according to the San Rafael Police Department.
On April 2, police had previously arrested James Pizzagrani, 33, of El Cerrito, another suspect wanted in connection with the armed burglary.
Police said Baugh was considered armed and dangerous and refused to turn herself in to authorities even after detectives reached out to her.

On Thursday, the San Rafael Police Department received information she was possibly in Vallejo.
Detectives and law enforcement officers from other agencies responded, and at 2:50 p.m., they located Baugh driving in the area of 700 Admiral Callaghan Lane.

Officers initiated a high-risk traffic stop in the parking lot of a gas station at 708 Admiral Callaghan Lane, and Baugh was taken into custody without incident.
