Benicia High Wins Sac-Joaquin Division III Baseball Championship

The Benicia High baseball team was a little tight before the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section Division III championship game against Rodriguez High on Memorial Day according to some of the coaches, but not too tight. They scored five runs their first time at bat, let Rodriguez back in the game in the second inning, then combined solid defense with smart, timely hitting to win it.
And they rode Peter Reyes' arm.
