BHEP is Here to Help you SAVE!
The Benicia Home Efficiency Program is here to help save all Benicia residents energy, water and money!
SAVING MONEY! Isn’t that something we all love to do one way or another? It just so happens that the City of Benicia has a free program that can do just that! The Benicia Home Efficiency Program (BHEP) is a non-profit program that only wants to help YOU save money and help our environment at the same time! Sounds great right? BHEP helps save you water, energy and money by coming to your home for a free consultation (sounds a little weird, but hear us out) and check your irrigation system for leaks, evaluate how efficiently water is being used in your home and check how efficient your appliances are, including your faucets, showerheads and toilets, and then we provide you up to $50 in free energy and water saving products just by participating, such as water efficient showerheads, faucet aerators and even LED light bulbs!
BHEP works with Benicia High School interns who have an itch to save as much water as they can before we run out! Look for BHEP interns promoting the program at the Benicia Public Library and going door to door in your neighborhood! And when you schedule your free in-home consultation, you might even meet BHEP interns. If you would love to help our environment and help reduce your utility bills, but don’t know where to start, start with BHEP! Sign up online at www.BeniciaHomeEfficiency.org or call us at 800-314-5997.
