Body Of Motorcyclist Found Off Hwy 37 Identified As Solano Co. Man
Breaking: A Caltrans work crew initially spotted a Harley-Davidson partially submerged in water near Skaggs Island Road, CHP reported.

SOLANO COUNTY, CA -- Authorities identified a Vallejo man Tuesday as the victim in what was reported Monday as a fatal motorcycle crash along state Highway 37, west of Skaggs Island Road in unincorporated Solano County.
The body identified by the Solano County coroner's office as Dailey Sparks, 51, of Vallejo, was reportedly discovered by Caltrans workers who were in the area west of Vallejo Monday trimming clearing tall bushes, reeds and shrubbery.
At about 12:20 p.m., the work crew discovered a 2005 Harley-Davidson submerged in the water and found the rider's partially submerged body, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Sparks apparently ran off the highway west of Skaggs Island Road, according to CHP officials, who have not determined whether alcohol or drugs may have been factors in the crash.
The Solano County coroner's office was scheduled to conduct an autopsy Tuesday.
