Super foods elixer, a morning cup to ignite the super hero powers in you.

Chaga tea with your morning cup - a super foods elixir to catapult you into your day.

Catapult into your day with a super foods morning elixir using cacao and cayenne as catalysts.

What is a catalyst? It opens up the blood vessels and catapults super food ingredients into action. Here is my morning elixir recipe. Good news, I am not asking you to give up your morning coffee or tea ritual. You can even use that dash of ‘non-dairy milk,’ milk, or cream that you are use to. I suggest you don’t use a non-dairy creamer with a long list of chemical ingredients, try nut milk or seed milk, or even oat milk instead. If you are using milk, please use the real stuff, not low fat, 2%, or slim. The closer to the real deal, the better, raw would be ideal and in line with all the super foods ingredients in this super foods morning elixir. Goats milk is better that cows milk in this regard. I start with my regular brew (it’s half de-caf), and my favorite tea, made of chaga mushrooms, you can just use your favorite tea and a super herb ingredient tea if you are a tea drinker, instead of the coffee and chaga tea. I make one and a half cups of each and place them in the vita-mix. The herbs and spices I choose all have specific purposes and are just what my body needs. Two additional catalysts are added: a dash of cayenne, and cacao (just two whole beans). If you aren’t using a high-speed blender like a vita-mix, just use a tablespoon of raw cacao powder. The rest of the ingredients are a dash of sea salt and cinnamon, ¼ tsp. each of stevia, bee pollen, blue-green algae (or chlorella) and vanilla powder. I also add a heaping tablespoon of coconut oil. Whip it up and enjoy your day!
