Tae Bo or cacao treats? I decided on both.

Tae Bo, Kick boxing, nutrition, raw food, super food, cacao, energy, Billy Blanks, functional training, body weight, exercises

I love Billy Blanks. “Change starts from the inside, changes start by changing your will, remember to love yourself first,” these are a few of his messages. I have exceptional energy tonight, for several reasons. For one, it was stifling hot today here in the Southern Oregon desert and the home where I am staying has no air conditioner. I went into my guest room this afternoon, and went to sleep. I also have access to delicious and nutritious raw cacao treats. Of which I had a few, after a great afternoon nap. To top it off, I had some yerba matte tea. No wonder I have the energy to do Tae Bo at 9 pm at night. The good news is, at 5‘ 7”, I only need about 8 foot by 4 foot of space and a video player to do Tae Bo. In reality, you only need your body to work out. I love that. Exercising doesn’t seem like a chore to me, it’s something I love to do. I am grateful that I have the energy, creativity, and the strength to exercise. A reasonably priced video or a friend to walk with, well that is just icing on the cake (or in my case, nut butter spread onto a raw super food cacao treat). Check out my next blog and you’ll be getting yourself a real treat, the recipe for the raw super food cacao energy bar!
