Police ask anyone who sees this silver Infiniti with temporary California license plate number 8DMN284 to immediately call 911.

VALLEJO, CA — The public's help is sought in locating a car involved in a possible kidnapping Sunday evening in Vallejo, police said.
Around 5:30 p.m., multiple witnesses saw a 17- to 20-year-old Black female yell, "Help me, help me, don't let him take me!" as she got out of a silver Infiniti sedan and ran in the area of Rotary Way and Cadloni Lane.
The car had a temporary California license plate number 8DMN284, according to Vallejo Police Department Spokeswoman Brittany Jackson.

Witnesses described the driver as a shirtless Black man between 18 and 19 years old wearing baggy blue jeans who got out of the silver Infiniti sedan and chased after the victim.
"The suspect grabbed the female victim by the hair, punched her several times, and forcibly pushed her back into his car," Jackson said.

A concerned citizen took a photo of the suspect car and submitted it to police.
A patrol officer saw the car near Redwood Street and North Camino Alto and made a U-Turn, following the suspect onto westbound Interstate Highway 80. The officer lost sight, however, as the suspect sped away on the freeway, Jackson said.
As of 9:30 p.m. Sunday, police had not located the suspect nor the victim.
"We are asking for the public's help in locating the vehicle," Jackson said. "If seen, please call 911 immediately."
