Child Killed in Vallejo Fire: Reports

VALLEJO, CA - A child was killed in a two-alarm fire in Vallejo Sunday, NBC Bay area reported.

The fire broke out in the 800 block of Stella Street and 911 callers said a 5-year-old was trapped inside the home.

The child's mother was transported to the hospital with third-degree burns, ABC-7 reported. A teenager was also reportedly taken to the hospital with minor burns.

The fire has been knocked down and an investigation into the cause of the fire is underway.
