Costumed Characters Descend on First Street

The annual Halloween walk in downtown Benicia brought out ghouls and goblins and moms and dads.

Merchants gave out candy, children laughed and parents delighted in the joy of their kids as downtown Benicia businesses helped celebrate Halloween on Saturday, October 27, 2012.
