The Benicia Elementary Track Championship, sponsored by Healthy Cooking with Kids Inc., is an event for 4th and 5th grade students who attend a Benicia elementary school (including St. Dominic's!). Students participate in running events scuh as the 60m, 200m, 400m, and mile run and fireld events such as the long jump, javelin, and shot put.
Participation in the event is absolutely FREE and event registration occurrs at the gate. In addition to a "fun run" and teacher relay, there will be plenty of activities for families and children not participating in the meet.
