The popular Festival celebrates bird life of the North Bay and will be held on Mare Island the weekend of February 11-13. This family-oriented event starts with a Friday night reception and continues with two full days of exhibits and North Bay outings. Exhibitors are asked to bring an activity for children. Most Festival activities are free, some require advanced registration. The exhibit hall is in a new location - Bldg. 223 and is open Saturday and Sunday from 9-4. Follow the signs once you enter Mare Island.
