It's the 20th annual lighted boat parade this year at the Benicia Marina. The fun starts at 6 p.m. when the boats decorated with holiday lights line up single file at the turning basin in front of the Harbormaster building, where they can be viewed and judged.
After the judging, the boats leave the harbor single file and head into the Carquinez Strait, heading toward Ninth Street then back to the Benicia Marina. The best viewing is from the marina, Benicia Yacht Club, First Street or Ninth Street.
