Amateur bakers, put your hats on. The Benicia Library is putting on the first Benicia Cupcake Contest this Thursday. Do you make the best cupcakes in town? Come down and prove it!
The cupcakes will be judged by two winners of the Food Network Cupcake War Show, Andrea Ballus and Corey Fanfa.
