Learn how to help your family, neighbors, and community when a major earthquake, flood, or other disaster strikes here in Benicia. Sign up for free training to become a member of the Benicia Emergency Response Team. Learn techniques for building searches, rubble pile rescues, disaster medicine triage, fire extinguisher use, home utilities (gas/water) shutoff, and more. The training includes six weeks of evening classes, followed by a Saturday morning skills day/graduation.
