This is a great time for children of all ages to come in costume for the Halloween costrume contest and sidewalk stroll. The judging will take place in City Park. Afterwards, contestants and families can stroll down to the First Street Green where the winners will be announced. Local merchants get into the spirit of the holiday for all to shop and enjoy.
At noon the Annual Canine and Critter Costume Contest will be held on the First Street Green with prizes and treats.
