Thursday, Dec 2. marks the last day of the monthlong Downtown Benicia Holiday Shopping Spree, in which every $10 spent earns shoppers a ticket in the drawing for a $500 Downtown Dollars prize. The drawing takes place Dec. 4, the evening of the Merchant Holiday Open House.
