There are wonderful wines being produced in the New World wine countries of Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Argentina and South Africa. This class will explore the principle growing regions. We will also taste representative wines and discuss their uniqueness to each area. Please bring 4 wine glasses to class. Students must be at least 21 years old.
