Four Arrested In Solano Co. During Sex Registrant Checks

Eight offenders were visited during the Thursday operation.

The Solano County Sheriff’s Office arrested four people on Thursday during sex registrant compliance checks.

On Thursday, the Solano County Sheriff’s Office Investigations Bureau, Solano County Probation Department, and the State of California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation/Parole joined efforts to conduct compliance checks on sex registrants located in Solano County.

The checks were funded by the Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement Task Force grant overseen by the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office. The team performed eight checks and arrested four people, according to the sheriff’s office.

The names of the people arrested weren’t immediately available.

Two arrests were for failing to comply with the terms of their probation and two were for failing to comply with the terms of their parole.
