Why Go: Enjoy a day of browsing and shopping for unique antiques, one-of-a-kind collectibles and array of other goods on First Street in historic downtown Benicia. Sponsored by the Historic Trust of St. Paul's Episcopal Church.

Why Go: Come down to the monthly book sale to see what treasures you can find at super-low prices. Members of Friends of the Library get in early.

4. Americana Sunday

Where/When: , 707 Marina Vista Ave., Martinez; Sunday, 3-6 p.m.

Why Go: Join your favorite Hopeful Romantics at Americana Sunday. Come and sing along (they will provide the words) and tap your feet with all your friends.  What better way to spend a Sunday afternoon in Martinez?

Price: $10

Where/When: Sardine Can, Vallejo; Sunday, 5-8 p.m.

Why Go: The party lasts all summer! Sundays are jazz nights at Vallejo’s Sardine Can. Come for a seafood dinner and enjoy the music; this Sunday features Michelle Michaels.

Price: Free music, but must purchase meal to sit in the dining room.
