Most fruits and vegetables are packed with nutrition, easily assimilated, and recognized by the body as they come from nature and are not man made or manufactured like processed food. They are filling, taste great and are high in anti-oxidants. Fruits and veggies will not only give you more energy, they are full of digestive enzymes and will boost your immunity. Keep it simple, enjoy the gifts of nature at this time of year, buy ‘too much produce’ and eat it all. If you need help using up the fruits and veggies before they pass their peak, you might consider freezing some. No need to wait any longer to get healthier and happier. Now, just go and shop for the best fruits and veggies you can find and take them home and eat them. It's that simple.
