About the Job
WattzOn is looking for a part-time Home Energy & Water Consultant to conduct in-home energy and water consultations, utilizing our reporting and tracking tools. The Consultant will provide home visits with participating homeowners to discuss their energy/water use, potential savings opportunities and any other energy- or water-related questions. Additionally, the Consultant will work alongside high school students trained in water efficiency measures. Experience in energy/water efficiency, attention to detail, positive attitude and excellent customer service are required.
The ideal candidate will be excited by our focus on making energy savings work at scale, and the innovative programs WattzOn has developed; programs that are engaging and important to local communities. We are looking for a candidate based in the North Bay area.

Part-time, 15-20hrs/week
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with high GPA; business, science or engineering curriculum preferred
• One to three years of energy efficiency or water efficiency experience
• Based in North Bay - Benicia, Vallejo, Martinez or nearby cities
• Home energy/water audit experience is a plus
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Have transportation
• Able to work flexible hours
• Able to pass a background check
