Kaiser Permanente Hospice Offers Bereavement Support

Kaiser Permanente Hospice is offering free grief support groups to community members. The next support groups begin in early February.

Vallejo:
The next support group begins February 3rd and will be held Wednesdays from 3pm-4:30pm.

Vacaville:
The next support group begins February 4th and will be held Thursdays from 10:30am-noon.

Over the course of six weeks, attendees will learn about the normal process of grieving, discover ways to cope with the feelings and issues that are part of the process and share strategies for self-care.

There is no fee associated with these classes and you do not have to be a Kaiser Permanente member to attend.
