'Live Well Benicia': Annual Wellness Week Underway

BENICIA, CA — Downtown Benicia's annual wellness week, "Live Well Benicia," kicked off Saturday and continues all week long. Community members are invited to discover wellness from downtown businesses for a nourished mind, body and soul.

Through Feb. 29, at least 18 businesses along First Street are participating by offering discounts and sales on everything from candles and flowers to facials and mimosas. A list of all in-store promotions happening this week is posted at Beniciamainstreet.org/live-well-benicia.

"A directory map listing promotions for participating businesses is available at Benicia Main Street, located at 90 First Street, and participating businesses," Benicia Main Street Event Manager Deborah Housman said. "Booking services ahead is suggested and you must mention 'Live Well Benicia' to receive specials."

Community members can also enter a drawing to win $100 in Downtown Dollars by filling out a form and showing Benicia Main Street a receipt from one of the 18 participating businesses. Entry forms can be picked up at Benicia Main Street or any of the businesses taking part in Live Well Benicia.
