Local Football Club (Soccer) Recruiting Coaches

Arsenal is looking for some coaching talent.

Benicia Arsenal FC is now accepting applications for those wishing to coach and train for the soccer club. Arsenal has nearly 1,100 kids participating in its soccer programs and encourages anyone with an interest in coaching to apply.  The club is especially interested in having club alumni join their coaching ranks.

“Benicia Arsenal FC is a fantastic soccer club to coach with,” said Alex Lobban, the lanky Englishman who is the club’s Director of Coaching.  “It is a truly rewarding and enriching experience as the players have so much energy and enthusiasm and a willingness to learn that is second to none.”

Applications can be found online.  After the applications have been reviewed the club will contact those interested to discuss the current and future positions.

“We try to focus on the core technical competencies whilst teaching life lessons and skills that will stay with them throughout their lives,” said Loban.  “Soccer is a powerful sport that unites many people from all over the world and offers children and young adults the opportunity to stay fit and healthy, meet new friends and become better athletes.”
