Man Killed In Vallejo Shooting

VALLEJO, CA -- A man was killed Saturday after he was shot in Vallejo, police said. Police said the man was found in the 200 block of Westwood around 2:34 p.m.

Police found the man suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to a nearby hospital where he died, police said.

Vallejo Police Detectives and Crime Scene personnel responded to investigate and process the crime scene for evidence.

The identity of the victim is being withheld until the next of kin are notified.
