Motorcyclist Dies In Hwy 37 Crash Into Guardrail: CHP
BREAKING: The motorcyclist died at the scene near Vallejo early Wednesday, according to the California Highway Patrol.

SOLANO COUNTY, CA — A motorcyclist crashed and died on state Highway 37 near Vallejo early Wednesday, the California Highway Patrol reported. At about 1:46 a.m., the 30-year-old male victim — whose identity was not provided by the CHP — was riding a Triumph Tiger westbound on SR-37, east of Sonoma Boulevard, when for unknown reasons his motorcycle veered onto the right shoulder and collided with a metal guardrail, CHP Officer David Harvey said.
"The motorcyclist received fatal injuries due to this collision," Harvey said. "At this time, alcohol and/or drugs do not appear to be a factor in the collision."
CHP is continuing its investigation of the crash. Anyone with pertinent information is asked to contact the CHP's non-emergency, 800-TELL-CHP (800-835-5247), or the CHP Solano Area Office at 707-428-2100.
