Murder Suspect Named, Sought By Vallejo PD

SOLANO COUNTY, CA – The Vallejo Police Department today identified and is seeking a 27-year old male suspect wanted in connection with a fatal shooting in Vallejo.
Detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Brandon Cochran wanted for the Oct. 5 murder of a Vallejo man, police said.
At approximately 10:15 a.m., the Vallejo agency responded to a shooting report on the 100 block of Kemper Street, where the victim, Reginald Jackson, 49, was found suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite medical treatment, Jackson died and was pronounced dead at the scene.

"During the course of the investigation, Brandon Cochran, 27 years old, was identified as being responsible," the department said. "The Vallejo Police Department is asking anyone that knows Cochran's whereabouts to contact the Vallejo Police Department or their local police agency."
