Napa Man ID'd As Pedestrian Killed Monday In Vallejo
The driver involved in accident was from American Canyon.

Vallejo police have identified a pedestrian who died Monday when he was struck by a vehicle as 42-year-old Michael Allan Gulley of Napa.
Gulley was struck by a southbound 2011 Nissan SUV in the 5100 block of Sonoma Boulevard around 6:50 p.m.
The Nissan’s driver, a 23-year-old American Canyon resident, stopped at the scene and waited for police officers to arrive, Lt. Michael Nichelini said.

Gulley was found in the middle of the road and died at the scene, Nichelini said. The driver did not appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Toxicology test results on Gulley are pending, Nichelini said.
