SOLANO COUNTY, CA — Patch reader Simona Ladan, a Walnut Creek resident, sent in this photo of a manzanita tree looking oh so regal.

Simona said she took the photo Monday at Rockville Regional Hills Park, which provides 633 acres of open space in Fairfield.
