Overturned Truck Snarls I-780 Traffic

NORTH BAY, CA – A tractor-trailer hauling dry goods overturned on eastbound Interstate Highway 780 just west of Laurel Street in Vallejo this morning, the California Highway Patrol said.

All lanes of eastbound Highway 780 are blocked and traffic is using the right shoulder and center median to get past the accident, the CHP said.

The crash was reported at 8:13 a.m. and a Sig-alert was issued at 8:35 a.m. No injuries were reported.

There is no estimate when the lanes on the highway will reopen, the CHP said.
