A minor was also arrested on suspicion of sexual abuse, officials said.

Solano County sheriff’s deputies arrested a man and a woman at their Elmira home near Vacaville Friday for suspected child abuse.
The home in the 6000 block of California Pacific Road was in deplorable and uninhabitable condition, sheriff’s Deputy Christine Castillo said.
The four juveniles that lived in the home with Elbert McPike, 36, and Stepheney Shannon, 34, were not present when detectives searched the residence, Castillo said. One of the juveniles was found to be a victim of physical and sexual abuse, and a 14-year-old male was arrested on suspicion of sexual abuse, Castillo said.
