Panther Band to Play for the Community

The Wind Ensemble will provide a night of elegant entertainment.

The Wind Ensemble will perform on campus in the Performing Arts Building at 1101 Military West, Thursday, February 24th at 7 p.m..   The community is invited to enjoy several classic pieces such as Arabesque, Push, Galilean Moons and Solitary Dancer.

The Wind Ensemble is made up of band members who auditioned to join this smaller entity of the Panther band.  They'll be dressed to the nines  in their formal attire, evoking the feel of a professional show.

The ensemble members are eager to play for Benicians of all ages.  Students who are already in elementary or middle school band, or those who take music lessons, or who just have a general interest in the performing arts will have an opportunity to see where their work could lead them.
