Passenger In Speeding Car Found With Loaded Gun, Arrested In Suisun City: Police
The 19-year-old was on probation, authorities said.

SUISUN CITY, CA - A Fairfield man was arrested Friday night in Suisun City after officers discovered a loaded handgun in a vehicle in which he was a passenger. Police said around 9:45 p.m. officers stopped a vehicle that was speeding on westbound Pintail Drive near Cackling Drive.
According to police, the three occupants of the vehicle provided officers with identification, and a subsequent probation check was conducted. Police said the backseat passenger, 19-year-old Diandre Wilson, was found to be on active felony probation in Solano County for receiving stolen property.
The occupants of the vehicle were then removed, and police said officers conducted a search of the areas of the vehicle accessible to Wilson.

Police said officers located a loaded Glock handgun underneath the front passenger seat, and after checking the serial number found the gun had been reported as stolen out of Kansas in 2011.
Wilson was arrested on suspicion of probable cause for firearms charges including being a felon in possession of a handgun, police said.

He was booked into the Solano County Jail without incident.
