2 Pot-Bellied Piglets Need Forever Home After Being Dumped By Owners
Iggy and Ziggy are currently at Animal Place in Vacaville. Have room?
SOLANO COUNTY, CA – Two pot-bellied piglets are up for adoption at an animal sanctuary in Vacaville after being dumped by their owners.
The baby pigs, now named Iggy and Ziggy, were dropped off at San Francisco's Animal Care & Control after their owner complained they pooped in the house.
Iggy and Ziggy are currently being housed at Animal Place's Vacaville facility and once they are neutered and vaccinated they will be available for adoption, according to sanctuary officials.

Sanctuary officials said while the piglets are currently smaller than chickens, they will eventually reach 70 to 150 pounds and any potential adopters need to be properly zoned.
The sanctuary also said on its Facebook page that the critters are very bonded and should be kept together.
