Solano Co. Man Suspected Of Molesting Multiple Young Relatives: Police

SOLANO COUNTY, CA -- Police in Rio Vista arrested a person suspected of molesting multiple victims, police said Monday.

According to police, they have arrested a Rio Vista resident on a warrant for allegedly continuously sexually abusing a child.

The suspect was arrested after he was seen driving away from his home. He was booked into the Solano County Jail and his bail was set at $1 million, police said.

The arrest comes after police spent three weeks investigating and interviewing multiple victims, who are all related to the suspect, police said.

Due to the number of victims and their locations, police were assisted by multiple child welfare agencies.

The suspect's name is not being released in order to protect the identities of the victims, police said.

Police continue to investigate this case to determine if there are other victims who have not yet been identified.
