I sat and talked with Michael Holman who is requesting to petition the NH Redress of Grievance Committee and looking for a State Rep to take on his case. Is there Racism in the NH courts? Here is his story.
Unfortunately under the newly elected Democratic administration, The Committee of Redress of grievances which was created to hear such cases was eliminated under Democrat Leadership .
No wonder, the Democrats have called the Committee a Monkey or Kangaroo court. Michael has a Legitimate claim of apparent Corruption in the NH Court System.
The Committee was created to give the People a voice and allow their constitutional civil rights to be Heard . 1st Amendment and Article 31 and 32 of the NH Constitution provide for the citizen to petition their government, But seems now a days Transparency and Accountability have taken a back seat.
