The BHS Panther Marching Band and Color Guard competed in the Vallejo Band Review on Saturday, May 10, 2014 and completed their last competition of the year with great success.
The Color Guard, Jazz Band, and Drum Major (Thomas Watabayashi) were all awarded first place. The Symphonic Band placed third. The band cleaned up in the sweepstakes category receiving the award for Concert Sweeps (Wind Ensemble) and for marching, receiving Music, Showmanship, and overall Grand Sweepstakes.
The last chance to see the award-winning band and color guard perform this year will be on Wednesday, May 28th at 6:30 p.m. in the BHS gym in their JUST FOR FUN concert. Admission is free.
