Suspect Arrested In Shooting Death Of Solano County Woman

BREAKING: Kenesha Jackson, 26, was found dead in a Vallejo home Wednesday. Another man also was shot and critically injured.

SOLANO COUNTY, CA – A woman found shot to death in a Vallejo home early Wednesday morning has been identified as 36-year-old Kenesha Jackson by Vallejo police.

At about 12:45 a.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting inside a home in the 600 block of Virginia Street, according to police.

Jackson was found dead inside and a male victim was taken to the hospital where he was listed in critical condition, police said.

Earlier Wednesday afternoon, police arrested Everett Highbaugh, a 48-year-old Vallejo resident, in Oakland.
