Suspect Eludes CHP In High-Speed Chase From South Bay To Vallejo
The pursuit that traveled up I-680 over the Benicia-Martinez Bridge was halted this morning, officials said.
VALLEJO, CA – The California Highway Patrol terminated a high-speed chase that started in Santa Clara County and reached the North Bay early this morning.
The CHP said the high-speed pursuit started around 4 a.m. today in the South Bay. The suspect traveled on northbound Interstate Highway 680, crossing over the Benicia-Martinez Bridge before CHP officers ended the chase in the Vallejo area, the CHP said.
