Vallejo Couple Arrested, Accused Of Trying To Kill Napa Man

The victim was struck by a car on Muir Street, and shots were fired into his house, police said.

Napa police arrested a Vallejo couple Sunday on suspicion of trying to kill a Napa man earlier this month.

Police said they learned that Gloria Angelica Servin, 22, of Vallejo, allegedly told her ex-boyfriend, Raymond Gramlich, that she would have someone run him over and kill him, police Lt. Debbie Peecook said.

On April 18, someone struck Gramlich with a vehicle at about 6:30 p.m. as he was standing by his car in the 1300 block of Muir Street in Napa. Gramlich, who did not see the driver, was hospitalized with a major injury to his lower right leg, Peecook said.

While Gramlich was in the hospital, someone fired several rounds from a .22-caliber gun into his Napa residence bedroom on Sunday, striking Gramlich’s brother Richard in the leg and buttocks, Peecook said.

Richard Gramlich was treated at Queen of the Valley Medical Center.

On Sunday night, Servin allegedly texted Raymond Gramlich to tell him his brother “should stay out of it,” Peecook said.

Police then got warrants to search Servin’s residence in the 800 block of Catalina Court in Vallejo and the residence of her current boyfriend Angel Villafan, 30, in the 1000 block of Atherton Street in Vallejo, Peecook said. Servin was arrested at 8:30 p.m. Sunday.

At 9:15 p.m., one of Villafan’s neighbors helped police recover the vehicle believed to have struck Gramlich and police towed it into evidence. Villafan was arrested at 11 p.m. when he returned home, Peecook said.

Servin and Villafan were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, criminal threats and conspiracy, Peecook said.
